About Us
We are a fully insured flooring contractor with 30+ years of experience.
Mike Wills has been working in the hardwood flooring business for 30+ years. He has been involved in every aspect of the business - hands-on worker performing installations, refinishing, etc. and general manager, running multiple crews at one time. In 2012, Mike decided it was time to expand his horizons and take on the title of owner. Mike has been in this business for a long time and he strives for nothing less than perfection with each project.
Genevieve Kronner, co-owner and office manager, has been in the contracting business since 2004. She not only knows the ins and outs of the flooring business, but she is highly experienced in customer service and billing. Genevieve is the one you will speak to first when you call to schedule an estimate. She can answer any and all questions you have regarding your floors and she is sure to leave you feeling confident with your choice to use Elite Flooring as your flooring contractor.

Products

Duraseal Stain
The only stain we use. This product is a a semi-transparent stain formulated to seal, color and provide exceptional durability when used on bare wood. Available in tons of colors to match any decor. If you're interested in staining your floor, let us know and we'll provide you with a color chart!
Fabulon
Fabulon is an oil-based polyurethane used in many of our houses. It is the lowest cost of all of the polyurethanes we use, however, it does increase the time frame of the project, as only one coat of Fabulon can be applied per day. While the durability is great for an oil-based polyurethane, you will still experience the "smell" associated with new floors.
Duraclear/Duraclear Max
These water-based polyurethanes are affordable, very durable, fast, and easy. We are using more of these products than ever. Per gallon, they are slightly more than Fabulon, but it cuts the project time almost in half. There is NO smell and the floors can be walked on in between coats, after 3-4 hours.
Bona Traffic HD
The best of the best of the best. This product is NO JOKE. Traffic HD is the most durable water-based polyurethane finish we use. Very low VOC's, no odor, green guard certified, safe for pets and children. One coat dries in 3-4 hours, making it possible for 2+ coats and day and accessibility between coats. We use the commercial grade option, which comes with a 2 part hardener, for extra durability!
